M/s Owais metal and mineral processing limited is a public limited company incorporated in Dec 2022. The company is headed by Mr. Saiyyed Owais Ali. The company is engaged in Manufacturing of Manganese Oxide (MNO), MC Manganese, and Wood Charcoal, as well as processing of minerals such as quartz and manganese ore.

INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITY
Through operational excellence, processing capability and start of the art infrastructure which is at par with international standards, Owais focuses on large scale expansion of its product portfolio in India and emerges as a leading natural resource conglomerate. The Company is operating at the location 56, 57, 58 & 58A, AKVN, Industrial Area, Meghnagar, Jhabua,(M.P.)- 457779 India The company has sufficient land and factory shed for manufacturing and processing of metals and minerals above referred products at above factory address with other necessary infrastructural facilities such as power, water, labor etc. The company has sufficient plant and machinery at the premises for the processing and manufacturing of minerals and metals. For manufacturing and processing of minerals and metals both machine and labour are required. We have a fully automatic plant and machines available and also we work in the Trible area where there is sufficient availability of cheaper labours.
We are also processing in wood charcoal in two more location :

Mr. Saiyyed Owais Ali
He is a young qualified civil engineer from well known college Symbosis Pune having sufficient experience of mining, manufacturing and construction business. He has done his MBA from London University. This young dynamic individual with his innovative knowledge skills will undoubtedly take the company to seventh sky heights.
Mr. Akhtar Ali
The Superlative Decision Maker backed by the decade long experience in handling the Construction, Manufacturing and Mining Business. His expertise on the operational side of the Business is commendable, his presence in every project is the reason behind excellent execution. The Group’s Success and Growth in these two decades are the result of his business decisions. He believes in being associated with the roots
Mr. Murtuza Ali
He is the youngest and enthusiastic director of our company. He is mainly focused on the diversified business market. His capabilities and vision will lead the group to new heights. He understands the impact of his family business and its legacy that new relies on him to ensure it continues.

At that time Owais Ali studied as well as started a business, beginning his journey.

Laying the Foundation
Mr. Saiyyed Owais Ali had initiated his work in agricultural commodities. Operated as individuals.
2018 - 2019
Taking Partnership and Directorship
During 19-20 they properly setup business by taking on lease a plant in Meghnagar From Azad Enterprises & Growmore enterprises Pvt Ltd. in which Owais Ali going to Manufacture MC Manganese, Manganese oxide. Group turnover crossed Rs. 100 Cr milestone.
2019 - 2020
Taking on Lease
Operations expanded into new regions and began integrating advanced technologies for mining and processing.
2020 -2021
At Present Firm successfully acquired the plant in its own name. Now it is in the Manganese Oxide, MC Ferro Manganese, Wood Charocoal, Quartz

Expansion and Listing
Acquired a Quartz Slab Manufacturing Plat in Udaipur and listed OMMPL on the National Stock Exchange(NSE). Continuing to expand processing units and develop innovative solutions, aiming for a turnover target of 1000 crore by 2025.
